Restaurants I love and Why
BEAR: The Chef is supremely talented, and the food is always a surprise, a delicious one. Herta: New York: Small quaint, seats 12. Food, especially the steak, and steak tartare drizzled with Balsamic vinegar ...sheer heaven. Have the fizzy water instead of the bottled. Manyata:, My first and only experience with African cuisine. The twist here, the Caribbean "jump up" soup OMG incredible, every time.
Room Service at the Ritz in Paris: It's Paris in Spring, I'm at the Ritz in bed, having the best curried lamb avec pomme frites. Hot Pot:Kingston Jamaica: Not at all posh, I've only had breakfast. Which is amazing. The best hominy corn porridge, fried dumplings, and mackerel.
